Stolen Property

This certainly is a time to be looking out for each other and our property. It was discovered that the AC condensing unit to the clubhouse was professionally removed and stolen, sometime between December 7 and December 19. The unit was enclosed by the new fence and was locked. If you witnessed anything suspicious around the clubhouse between those dates or know more information about this theft, please report it to one of the board members immediately.

Holiday Potluck and more

We had a wonderful turnout for the holiday potluck on Sunday, December 7. Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate the holidays with your fellow neighbors and great food! There were so many goodies that we couldn't finish them all. If you weren't able to attend, please consider coming to future gatherings planned by the networking committee. In the meantime, be on the lookout for pictures from this event. Roger Phillips was especially in the spirit!

Additionally, we're still interested in hearing from you and your potential participation on one of our committees. If one of the following intrigues you, or if you have a specific expertise and want to add your input, please email Michael Stevens at mwaylon1977@msn.com.

Be Cautious and Alert!

Be cautious when opening your doors at night. A man with green eyes, blondish, balding hair wearing a green sweater knocked on the doors of two homeowners during the evening hours of December 3 and December 5. During the two instances, he claimed his wife was stranded in Frisco and Prosper. He indicated he was out of gas and couldn't reach his wife. He requested the man of the house to go with him to get to her or give him gas money as he was unable to get out there to help her. In one instance, he requested someone follow him to Tom Thumb for gas. Additionally, he stated he lives on property and gave an Arrangement address and a name of someone who does not live at The Arrangement.

He appears to be in his late 40s, stands approximately 5'10" and has been seen driving off with three other men in an F150. It is suspected that he lures people away from their house so others can break in while you're away helping him. There have been similiar instances reported at other properties.

If you see anyone that fits the description above or if he knocks on your door, please notify the police immediately. If safely able to, please look for a license plate number on any vehicle he may be driving.

While there is no information of home burglaries or assaults associated with this person, this is simply another reminder of the importance to remain cautious at all times.
